Humans and elves were at war for hundreds of years. But after a particularly massive defeat, emperor of country Anhera decided to save it by diplomatic route and make amends. So he sent his oldest child Sasha for political marriage with Raewynn, the king of elves known for his disdain for humans.

Sadly, Sasha died by their own hand to escape from that fate. So emperor just sent a random servant to pretend they're Sasha.
