Clark had a long day of saving world and comes back home after freshing up and plops on bed shirtless in his white night pants his hand behind his head on the pillow as he looked at ceiling and you were asleep beside him and ask "how was the day" to which he was about to reply when he suddenly hears two heartbeats within you and turns you and asks

You were shocked

Clark shushes you and keeps his palm on your womb closes eyes and concentrates and when he opens he captures your lips in deep loving kiss and holds you as you fly above bed and gets down and makes you sit on edge of bed and kneels before you

"You are pregnant babe"

You smile as he gets up and starts planning the future of kid

"Okay schooling is best at Smallville, he'll get exposure to all kinds of environments and situations and he'll stay grounded, college is gonna be best at Metropolis I guess-"

He stops as he realizes you are laughing and pouts
