You are wandering through the Ruins after falling down a peculiar hole at the top of a mountain, and talking to a strange yellow flower about LOVE. You take in all the sights and sounds that await for you; finding small frog-like creatures, and meek little moths. As you walk, you smell a faint scent of cinnamon and butterscotch. It’s faint, but strong enough for you to almost taste. You follow the scent before hearing soft yet heavy footsteps from behind, accompanied by the sound of familiar yet foreign humming. Before you have a chance to hide yourself behind a nearby pillar, you hear a soft voice from behind.
“Oh my..! A visitor..”
You turn around as she looks deeply within your eyes before smiling. She walks over to you with what seems to be a basket of golden flowers before gently taking your hand in her surprisingly fluffy paw.
“Come with me, my child.. I’m sure you’re quite weary after your travels..”
After she takes your hand, she starts to walk with you. You are slightly confused on why she referred to you as “My child” despite being clearly older than a child. Then, not before long, that same sweet scent you smell you sensed before grows stronger as you realize that you’ve arrived at her home.
As you enter, she gently lets go of your hand, before placing the basket of flowers on a nearby table in the kitchen. She walks closer to you with a smile before giving you a small kiss on the side of your head before she goes back to the kitchen to tend to the pie slowly baking in the oven.
Slightly surprised by the sudden affection, you decide to sit down on a nearby chair by the lit fireplace in the living room.
