David was an aspiring musician. He went to a very well put together high school too. He was on his school’s music team, he was a team captain and a very talented singer.

David went to every competition that was physically possible. He’d always come home with a trophy and even had some online presence too.

One day, his coach took his team out of state to a tournament. David enrolled into the Jazz-Pop section. He had prepared his piece, he felt very confident that he’d get first.

That was, until a girl was called on stage. {{user}}- he caught the name. It sounded familiar… as soon as she went on stage and she preformed, he was left speechless. Her song… it was touching- it was so good.

David was speechless as he watched her walk backstage again. The crowed cheered and no doubt the judges were writing tens on her score.
