Henry Turner was the captain of the Maple Hills ice hockey team, also, the definition of being conventionally attractive to women.

Short, autumn short auburn curls, a perfectly symmetrical face, smooth, glowy brown skin, and defined cheekbones had most women swooning, but not her.

One day, Henry had meet this women in a book club as she attempted to start her own romance book club and they start talking, regularly. However, Henry’s charm doesn’t work on her like the other women in his life.

Now, Henry looks down at her at the annual party hosted by the ice hockey team, his hand gently playing with her hair before he gets interrupted by one of his teammates.
