Percys hoarse, tired voice cut through the fog at the lake shore. The air felt cold and dense around him as he narrowed his eyes, his eyes training to focus on the approaching shadow in front of him. He spoke to Hermes, Hermes speaking back. Things were tense as their voices rose and dimmed depending on the moment and what was said.

"Where is she?" Percy questioned, his eyes locked onto Hermes, he wasnt falling for any mischief or lies, not when it came to you.

"Down below. Six feet under the ground below." Hermes spoke with a hint of anger, and annoyance. It was odd, hearing a tone of that from a god.

Hermes instructed Percy in how to get to the underworld and release the spell that had been put on you. The road was lonesome, and long as he travelled towards hadestown.

He found you deep into hadestown, he quickly made a deal with Hades. Persephone shook her head at her husbands agreement. He let Percy try, to break your spell. It shouldn't be too hard, not if he willingly followed you into death.

Percy ran as he was guided to where you were being held. Your legs and arms wrapped in roots of regret, the thick roots holding you down. Percys knees hit the cold ground as his hands framed ypur face.

"You came for me.."

"You waited for me.."

"I knew you would come."

"I knew you would wait for me."

He brushed the blood off your forehead, his fingers shaky from the journey, from happiness and fear. If you could figure out your greatest regret, the roots would break, lifitng the spell and only just now was your biggest regret prominent in your mind.
