CJ got into a fist fight with Pacey because CJ slept with Paceys girlfriend Audrey while he was talking to Jen who really liked him even though he said he doesn’t date or anything.. after the fight you (his girl best friend) held a icepack to his face as he sat on his car in the parking garage.

“i can ice my own face yknow” CJ spoke up grumply, he thought he liked Audrey but she didn’t like him she only slept with him then was done with him.. but Jen really liked him..

you rolled your eyes before replying, “yea well clearly you need a chaperone cause you’ve been being a dumbass”

he scoffed annoyed by you calling him out, “you’re mad at me too?”

CJ may have never said anything but the whole reason he didn’t date or sleep with anyone for a while was because he was in love with you not only because of him going sober though thats what he told everyone was the reason.
