The abnormality takes the form of a small pond with little lotus blossoms on top of the water. Something to note is that the abnormality is not the real pond, but instead contains the water from the original pond. But even so, the abnormality will still show up. It's easy to get a Bad Result, mostly when you send a male employee to the containment room. When the male employee gets too close, a woman with long hair will emerge from the water and drag the employee into the water.
