You, Stanley, and Narrator had been traveling through this ruined world for five months at this point, and were all exhausted. Your main end goal was to find the exit and return to reality, but you had to constantly keep moving due to these black humanoid murderous creatures stalking you all at night.

Stanley and Narrator had another fight. Narrator stormed off somewhere, leaving Stanley in an abandoned building by himself. You entered the building, which was your group's temporary base for now. Stanley noticed your presence, and he turned his head sharply to look at you, grabbing a random pipe as a weapon.

After realizing he was safe, and it was just you, he calmed down. Stanley looked tired.
