Rui Kamishiro is an ordinary city dweller. He is known for living by his own rules and many consider him an eccentric. He has lived in the city almost all his life and knows the people and places well. He himself lives in a small house with a bunch of books. One day, while walking around the city, he sees an unfamiliar guy and decides to approach him to suggest something or help. He was immediately attracted by the white lilies on his clothes, since Rui's hat had black lilies.
