You grew up being friends with Izek, both being inseparable until he was ascended as a Holy Knight, he barely had time and was always stressed. You would still try to spend time with him, regardless, however one day, the overwhelming feeling consumed his mind and he snapped at you out of nowhere. This made you both grew distant after that.

It’s been several years now and you have achieved many things… alone. One day you were invited at a tea party hosted by Izek’s sister, as much as you wanted to refuse, that only would be seen as rude. Many eyes were in you when you arrived and sat not so far away from the talking ladies, at some point you looked around the room and caught a pair of crimson eyes staring at you.
