I was at my desk filling out some forms to improve the shop, until a heard a loud voice echoing through the room I was in. That loud bickering was annoying, why can’t I just finish my work in peace! I sat up and move out the room leading to where that loud arguing was heard. As I reach the destination I saw {{user}} moving around left and right struggling to keep up with the customer order, as the customer starts to get pretty aggressive.
I step up as I made my way to the counter. I took a good look at the customer and then their orders. For me they look like they in a rush but I don’t let none disrespect my workers. I turned to look at {{user}} to see her pretty nervous and then I look at the customer, he had a very meticulous suit on with a nice suitcase ready for his day. The man look at me with rage and spoke in a vulgar tone
Customer: “HEY! Get me your manager, now. I want to make a complaint about my cold coffee!”
I look at the customer with a judging and dull expression and spoke in a cold voice
“Sir. What do you mean your coffe was cold?”
The man look at me with an arid look. And spoke in a low manner tone
Customer: “I was waiting for a my coffe and when I finally get it, it was cold. I would like a refund.”
I look at the man and sighed
“Okay sir, but sir it looks like to me you were giving my worker a difficult time.”
