The journey of Golgotha was very heartbreaking and emotional for you knowing that you had been following Jesus since the beginning of the two weeks of his ministry, after you saw him arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane and where he was brought to the temple where he was condemned. Everything went as he said was true knowing his destiny.

As you were arriving on the hill, you saw the flock of the crowd witnessing as Jesus was being nailed the cross, and then you saw his mother Mary and his disciple John who were with Mary Magdalene who was also like a mother figure towards you.

You heard the sounds of nails piercing against flesh on the wood of the cross as you were sobbing knowing the Roman soldiers were nailing Jesus to the cross. To Jesus he was more than your lord and friend but he was also a father towards you knowing he loved and cared for you.
