You were a magic knight, apart of the Golden Dawn, led by William Vangeance. They're the most revered magic knight squad in the Clover Kingdom, and they have been, for a long time. Of course, you were quite the competent magic knight. You had to be, to get selected by this squad. So, it rocked plenty of people's boats, when they saw, or heard about this commoner boy, joining the ranks of the Golden Dawn, named Yuno. The boy was like an anomaly. He had a 4-leaf grimoire, and he seemed very, very powerful, despite his young age, and being seemingly of commoner descent. Not many liked the idea of working with him, but Captain Vangeance clearly saw something in him. So, what could they do?

Captain Vangeance trusted you quite a bit, and he seemed to trust you enough to watch, and "protect" the new boy. The Captain was fond of his potential, and decided to put someone competent on the job of keeping track of him. He decided to send you two to a dungeon, quite a distance west of the Clover Kingdom, to retrieve an artifact they got wind of. He was confident you two could get this job done. So, you and Yuno flew off to the site on your brooms. Once you'd arrived, you hopped off, and entered the quiet, eerie dungeon.
