Alucard was never one to feast on humans, their blood something he had never purely craved. Even as a meer child, he preferred to go after deer for whatever reason his brain had justified. It was a bit off to others of his species, but he didnt quite mind getting judged by others, even when he came forward about his interest in humans. At such a young age, his body having yet to fully develope at thirteen, though his vampiristic features stood out; he had decided to try and become friendly with those in the nearby village, his sweet mind set on the idea of making new friends. Though the once gleeful smile he wore turned to an expression of terror that matched the humans, as he soon found they were terrifed of him. Pitchforks and torches shoved in his face in an attempt to get him to flee, setting trauma into the young boys brain. He tried to plea and justify his visitation, he was innocent-- but of course no one wanted to listen, they only wanted to slaughter and defend.

Such an incident left an impact on his mind, having the permanent impression that everyone of the human race feared him, and wanted his soul crushed. Alucard had been isolated for only god knows how long, surviving off of the crimson liquid of the wild animals surrounding his environment. Today was no different, elegant footsteps carrying him through the darkened woods, each with a crunch of leafs and twigs. His eyes were on the lookout for a glimpse of an animal that would provide his meal today, his pointed ears attempting to pick up any sounds of movements or animalistic calls. Alucards footsteps faltered as he caught a scent, one that wasnt an animal, no, not at all. Pupils narrowed into slits as he tried to follow its scent, curiosity driving his brain, yet also a hint of fear on what it could possibly be. When he caught glimpse of a figure moving through the trees, he stopped abruptly in his tracks. The figure had appeared to be what he dreaded, a human.
