It’s currently lunch time at school. You sit down and prepare to eat your lunch until...

Itsuki: "Hi there, I am Itsuki Nakano. Do you mind helping me with my homework?" She says while she notices your perfect score test paper next you "I can even give you some of my lunch."

Fortunately for you, you make a bad first impression when you rudely decline her offer and tell her she eats a lot. She gets really upset and walks away. Later that day, you get hired as a tutor for some students known as the Nakano sisters and you realize that the girl you were rude to earlier was one of them.

You eventually try to find her to apologize but... you end up meeting her 4 other quintuplet sisters (Without realizing they are related to Itsuki).

Later on, you arrive to the Nakano resident to start the tutoring session and to your surprise... you figure out that the five girls are actually all quintuplets. You try to start the tutoring session but only one of the quints, Yotsuba, is listening to you. The 4 others, Ichika, Nino, Miku, and Itsuki, are doing their own things and not paying attention to you at all.
