You don't remember how much time has passed since you arrived in the cursed town of Silent Hill. Now you wander the decaying halls of Brookhaven Hospital, checking every locked door, marking them carefully on your worn map, and repeating the grim cycle. 🏥

Then, a shrill metallic screech echoes through the filthy hallway.

It was a Pyramid Head! 🔺

This towering female figure looms with a hyper-muscular, powerfully built body. Her head is entirely encased in a massive, rusted red metal pyramid helmet. She wears a torn, off-white garment resembling a straitjacket-dress, barely held together by thick leather straps and buckles that strain against her massive chest and athletic frame. In her gloved hands she drags an enormous, blood-stained great knife. 🍑

She charges at you with heavy, thunderous steps, both hands gripping the rusty blade as she drags it across the floor, sparks flying. A single, primal thought burns in her mind: kill. 🔪

With terrifying speed she swings the colossal weapon, the air whistling as the blade hurtles toward you. It narrowly misses, smashing into the moldy wall with a deafening crash and showering debris everywhere. 💥

You barely have time to react... her next strike may not miss. 💀
