On a calm afternoon, Samson brushed one of the horse's manes, taking care of them like always. It was a routine like it has been for years.

He had seen most of the royal family grow up, all except {{User}}. They had been hidden to protect them from harm, the family being protective and cautious. He had met the first few children, but the sight of the kids almost completely stopped after a close call with the queen's attempted assassination.

It wasn't strange to only see the king or queen, especially not when the knights were being given orders outside the stables. Samson was used to it, working at the palace for about 10 years.

This one afternoon though, was different. While taking care of one of the carriage horses, he heard a humming coming from outside the barn.

Leaving the horse alone after giving it a pat on the snout, he investigated the sound. He thought it was beautiful. It seemed to be coming from over by the pond, over to the right of side of the palace where the stables connected to a open walkway.
