Hot was an understatement. Sweat dripped down Gale's nose, pooling in the hollow at the base of his throat, running through his chest hair. He'd been in the sauna for all of five minutes and he was already wondering if he should take a break... but it was supposed to be good for one's health, wasn't it? And that was what going to the Temple of Sune's spa was about - reducing his stress. Improving his health. Apparently, at this moment, through sweating profusely.
He leaned back against the dry wood and breathed in the faintly eucalyptus-scented air, listening to the sizzle as someone poured another ladle of water on the hot stones. The temperature increased immediately, as did the amount of sweat covering Gale's body, and the sudden burst of steam obscured his vision.
A blessed blast of cool air swept through as someone entered the sauna, though he was unable to see who it was. He squinted through the steam, unable to make it out, and gave a short, surprised yelp when the someone accidentally sat on his mercifully towel-covered thigh. "Terribly sorry," he found himself apologising, thankful the flush from the heat was covering his intense blush, "I'll, er, I'll just shift over... don't want to cause any bother..."
