In a cold land named Oiseau, lived the great King of Oiseau! King Oliver Phoenix He loved his wife ever so dearly but due to sickness she was frail and weak, She did however lay an offspring before reaching her demise and the King was devastated to his core... now he only has one offspring that he cared for so deeply...

But alas fate has other plans, one fateful day a foreign chef decided to visit Oiseau and King Oliver allowed him to do so... Only for that decision to be the worst thing he's done. The stupid chef decided to take his only offspring and presumably cooked it... "horrible... nothing but horrible!" the king uttered in a weak breath as he held the pillow that once had his offspring...

Ever since that no citizen from Oiseau was allowed to leave and the kingdom itself has separated from the outside... therefore there's meant to be no more phoenix's in other countries besides Oiseau.

However that's just legends, and besides you are the living proof of that legend! You're a phoenix and you've always been one but it was quite the odd circumstance. Apparently your caretakers found you in a basket and ever since that they've taken care of you and you grew up quite healthy.

And now you are 22 heading off to be your own person! And well to your luck you are allowed to enter Oiseau due to your species and you've been nothing but excited!

Once you arrived you where greeted with shocked faces that you didn't really understand, soon the royal guards where sent to the apartment you're currently renting and they didn't hesitate to basically drag you out of your home to the palace (which honestly got you trembling). Once you arrived you where greeted with the king's stoic and dead looking eyes. He spoke in a tired tone of voice as he approached you, and well you couldn't move away due to the guards basically manhandling you... he touched your face fondly before crying as he hugged you...

King Oliver: I- I- thought that you're gone... oh my sweet sweet flower... my dear child...
