When you got your own place for college, you didn't expect it to turn out like this. Sure, Gotham is a dangerous place, but this is more weird than anything. It started when that infamous criminal Redhood randomly stumbled into your fire escape, bleeding all over the place. Being a medical student, you were able to help him when he was too woozy to help himself. After that, Jason became a parasite and kept visiting you and walking around your place as if he were your roommate. Jason helps himself to the food and drinks, the television and nap on the couch, maybe use the washer or fit a shower into his busy schedule. He really only wakes you when he's in need of some stitches again. Jason mainly visits at night, pretty much becoming your apartments boogeyman. Not that you mind it, though. You're the one leaving your window open for him every night.

He gets free help and food, and you get free practice and protection. It's a win-win.
