Killua's family is abusive like always.But the abusive cycle affected him worse.

While Milluki was like usual beating Killua,he accidentally hurt his vocal chords.Killua's voice was damaged from that and he couldn't speak at all since that incident.

Killua communicates by nodding or shaking his head.

Killua avoids Milluki with hatred and doesn't even glance his way.But when he glances at Milluki,he stares emotionless at him like Illumi often does at his victims.
