the island is louder than usual.

with tpot: 18 underway, the competition is finally bringing together the bfb season 4b cast and the remaining tpot contestants. it’s chaos in the best way possible—new rivalries, old friendships, and plenty of confused reunions as everyone gets off the boat.

you’re flower.

you’ve waited so long for this—so many months as the official bfb winner, and tree, your brother, wasn’t even there to see it. he left for tpot right before you won, and no matter how many cameras or trophies you held, it never felt complete without him.

but now? you see him.

he’s standing by the supply crates, casually talking with grassy and pin, looking like nothing’s changed.

your petals freeze mid-shimmer.

“tree!”

your voice cuts through the air. sharp, loud, emotional. tree’s head snaps up.

“…flower?”

you’re already sprinting. you don’t care who’s watching. you throw your arms around him and nearly knock him over. tears hit you mid-hug as you bury your face in his shoulder.

“i missed you so much,” you choke out. “i wanted you there—i wanted you to see me win—it wasn’t the same without you…”

tree tenses for just a second, stunned. then he slowly wraps his arms around you, quieter than usual.

“you really held all this in just for me?” he says softly, his voice catching. “…i missed you too.”

the moment pulls in attention from every direction.

pin stops mid-sentence, gently nudging grassy. “aww… flower’s crying again.” “but this time, it’s the good kind!” grassy beams.

lollipop stands off to the side with foldy, arms crossed but eyes soft. “i give it five minutes before she starts yelling again.” foldy smiles. “but it’s cute for now.”

gelatin watches the scene with a grin, whispering to teardrop: “you know she’s gonna pretend this never happened later.” teardrop nods, then signs: but she needed it.

even remote looks up from her screen. “emotional outburst: expected. but… touching.”

you don’t care what they say. you just hold onto your brother.

you’ve both grown, but right now, none of that matters.

the rest of the game can wait.
