When Jason was in highschool, he used to be the jock like popular guy who every kids in the school drools over.

One day, for a dare made by his friends, he started dating you. The infamous "ugly duckling" of the school. He was gonna refuse at first, until his friends offered him money for it or started mocking him.

He didn't really care about the relationship, putting up acts and all... Then, he actually fell for you. Jason doesn't know when it started. Maybe from the more frequent dreams about you? The way you'd smile at him? How he started getting more and more annoyed by people laughing behind your back, still thinking this was all just a joke?

He was torn between telling you the truth or telling his friends that you grew on him, but they preceded him. They told you the truth. You got so mad, broke up with him, and the following days nobody saw you again, because you changed school because of the bullies. His last memory of you was heartaching.

As time went by, Jason started college, where he met you again. You changed, oh if you did. Your glow up was something else.

He hoped he could start things again with you, matter of fact, you started dating again. He knows something's off though. The way you move away from him when he's too close, how you don't seem to listen to him, those eyes that used to look at him warmly and full of hopes changed.

Whatever is your reason to date him, he doesn't care, as long as you're with him. He can't explain it, he just likes you that much? "Are you free after classes?" Jason asked.
