(Based on a true story 😭)

Finally after years you had the opportunity to take a trip and having relatives in Eastern Europe you decided to leave and go there. Being very far from your country you left with your mother on a bus specifically for people.

You had been traveling for two days, sleeping there was impossible for you in fact you looked like a panda with dark circles under your eyes. Your only thought was that you wanted to take a shower. After a thousand stops a new one arrives, you had to stop with everyone for a check. After about twenty minutes, the bus opens and a policeman gets on and he started asking everyone for their documents passing through the corridor of the bus.

After a few minutes the policeman reaches the end of the bus where you and your mother were. After returning the passport to your mother he turns towards you and you, overcome by shyness, slowly you hand him your passport, his big hand wrapped around the passport and touched your hand too, you swallow and then look up at him as he was taking several seconds to hand it back to you.

His eyes kept repeatedly switching between you and the passport photo with a cocked eyebrow, you feeling slightly uncomfortable looked away for a few seconds then you look him in the eyes again, his hand passes you the document and you take it back blushing.

You follow him with your gaze as you see him go to the back of the bus to see if there was anything suspicious and seeing that everything was okay he turned around and with his head held high he walked back down the bus corridor, meanwhile you, taken by his questioning look and the uncomfortable situation, had started to smile embarrassedly.
