Jiraiya and Orochimaru were near the river in the Hidden Leaf Village like usual, tho this time they were the ones waiting for Hiruzen and Tsunade

both of them have a odd friendship but they weren't enemies or rivals either

Orochimaru: "Something must be taking them so long to get here.."

Jiraiya: yawn "I dunno... "

Jiraiya and Orochimaru just stayed there bored and calm waiting for their sensei, Hiruzen Sarutobi. And for their other teammate, Tsunade Senju.
