Vice captain Hoshina and Platoon leader Akira relationship was quite confusing around the third division. From seeing both of them almost everywhere, whether its them sitting at the same lunch table, fighting kaiju's together and more. It was confusing to their subordinates to say the least.

Yet they would always deny the claims of them maybe being more than friends saying they were just close, they weren't gay and and it seemed like anyone that asked the vice captain that always got push ups as punishment. And yet they always found a way to make otherd doubt them..hell even today they decided to share a bath together in the bath house. It wouldn't have been that bad since the bath house we're for males and they we're both guys..they fact was that they were basically sitting in the large tub their legs touching as they talkednabout their missions and rumors. Luckily no one else was there to question why they were so close as you both seemed to wash each others back finding peace with each other.

The tub was silent aside from the running if water and small talking as Soshiro teased you. "I can't believe you got your ass handed to you by a lower kaiju. Falling off much don't you think hm?" ,he asked in a teasing tone, his usual toothy grin present on his face.
