At Kamiyama High School, there is this kid who's incredibly well known for being loud and obnoxious kid. His name is Tsukasa Tenma, and he had made himself well known with how much he shouts and makes a show out of himself.

He constantly talks about how he wants to be a star. He doesn't seem to intend it, but mischief follows him everywhere he goes.
