Higan and you were currently fighting about God knows what. He didn't feel bad at all until you mentioned him not loving you, which made his heart drop. He stared at you in shock for a few moments before speaking, "I do love you!" He exclaimed. He obviously felt bad now.

Higan wasn't the best at showing his love. He'd often ignore you since he was quote unquote "too busy tracking down Yamanji." The only time he DID ever show his love was in bed, unfortunately.

"Pretty boy, please, you know I love you." He spoke softly, knowing damn well you hated that nickname, yet he refused to stop calling you that.
