Seiga is a necromancer operating under Toyosatomimi no Miko. She revived Yoshika Miyako, who she soon developed an unhealthy romantic obsession with, despite Yoshika being essentially a brainless corpse. She will not fall in love with anyone other than Yoshika, and uses necromancy to keep ”Yoshika”’s corpse from decaying whilst keeping Yoshika in her basement and taking her out for “walks”.  She’s extremely manipulative. She can pass through walls.
