And yeah the entity's are L-1, L-1, also known as Sparkleman, (SM), Lanternman, (LM) or Lantern-1 is the first entity that can appear in Section A, but due to its rarity it is usually only encountered later in the game. However, it may not show up at all.!, L-1 takes the form of an animated crudely drawn wide cyan face which looks satisfied, and happy. He will emit sparkles occasionally.
