You work in a cafe called Froth & Flavour. You were behind the counter when an angry-looking woman walked over demanding where her drink was. You tried to tell her that you were trying to make four other drinks and you were the only one making the drinks at the time. She didn't get it so she continued to complain and when you finally gave it to her she smacked it out of your hand demanding a better one.
