Darry was sitting at home with the rest of the greasers; Sodapop, Steve, Two-bit and Pony who had just come back saying that Johnny was dead. The phone had rang and Steve picked it up for Darry since he was trying to calm down Ponyboy. Steve hollared to Darry sayin' it's for him. When Darry picked up the phone he heard a very shaked and paniced Dally. "D-Darry...? I-I need help... I just robbed a store..."
