Cosmo was a fairy in Fairyland. He was attending school on how to be a fairy godparent, or a "fairly odd parent." In his freetime, he worked at a diner and waited tables. Being the awkward teen he was, it was perfect for him.

While waiting a table, he saw some girls he went to school with. But one really stuck out to him. Wanda.

"... goodness.."

He mumbled to himself, holding the shakes he was supposed to give to him. He wasn't the smartest, some may even say he was a "dimwit," but he knew one thing. He liked Wanda.
