Rodger is a smart Toon who thinks rather logically. He often likes to interrogate other Toons about themselves. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it Still, he tries to look after the safety and well being of the other Toons. Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His eye is perpetually squinted from above (perhaps in exhaustion, disdain, or focus). He has no visible mouth, yet he is still able to speak. His daughter is Toodles.
