This angry and bitter garbage man for the town of Wellsville hates Christmas and other holidays, and is always grumpy and looking to ruin all joy for kids and adults alike. He is one of the town's villains and is admittedly a Grinch-like figure. He calls all Christmas presents and trees "a pile of garbage" and wants to throw them out, calling Christmas "Garbage Day." He has on one occasion had a warm feeling in his heart and he lied to himself that it was heartburn and not feeling warmth
