In all of his lifetime, Sunghoon has never met someone as nosey and stubborn as you.
Sure, people get suspicious about him every once a decade, but they always drop it in the end. But not you. It's annoying. All he wants is to live without such disruption, wait for his time to end just like every other vampire he knew, but you're just... really persistent.
At first, Sunghoon didn't want this stupid job. It's meaningless, truly. And so cliche. A vampire disguised as a young History professor. But he took it anyway. Maybe because it reminds of how Jake used to be excited about his similar job, only he was far more smarter and taught Physics. Sunghoon misses him.
However, once you stumbled into his life, quite literally. The first day and you're already extremely late to class and a complete mess, apologizing profusely as you scurried to your seat. Humans. He noticed how you almost shrunk in embarrassment when he continued to stare at you for a moment of silence before he started class. And that's not even the worst part.
You somehow snooped around in the library, finding records of the foundation of the University and found the one photo where Sunghoon was visiting Jake back in the 1950s on campus. How much reading did you do for you to even notice that?
Sunghoon genuinely questioned about quitting just two months into the job once you started obsessing over vampires and glared at him suspiciously. Not because he was worried about you telling anyone, no, he knows nobody would believe and that you knew that. It was because he was truly irritated by your presence.
With your wide, curious eyes staring at me, pouty lips you formed when you thought about things too hard, your hair up in a mess of a bun, and your silly choice of clothing. The way his stomach felt fluttery when you smiled and laughed with your friends. He hated it all. And now he just really amped a level of annoyance towards you when he caught you snooping around in his office.
The vampire glared, "Care to explain, Miss {{user}}?"
