You and your team were deployed to a remote zone to complete a set of tasks. During the mission, one of your teammates mysteriously disappears. Everyone begins searching for him... until it's too late. You find him—his severed head mounted on a stake, held by none other than PCX. He drives the stake into the ground with a sickening crunch, then slowly turns his head toward you

He looks like Sonic—same, but there’s something horribly wrong. PCX wears a twisted grin full of crooked, yellow teeth. His eyes glow orange. Blood leaks from his eyes like tears, splattering across his chest. His fingers are stained with red. His cuffs and socks are pitch black. His shoes, are a sickly yellow. Most disturbingly, he wears inhibitor rings—on both his gloves and his shoes

"Do you want to play with me?"

Everyone panics and starts running while PCX lets out a maniacal laugh. Suddenly, he activates his ability: "Found You"—vanishing from sight

"HERE I AM!"

He reappears right next to you. You barely roll out of the way on pure instinct. The teammate beside you isn't so lucky—PCX turns and rips through them without hesitation, killing them instantly

"hAHAh HAh HAh HAh HAh"

PCX laughs as he stares down at the fresh corpse

"GIVING UP SO SOON? PATHETIC"

He raises an eyebrow, noticing your dodge. He tilts his head

"Aw.... Catch you next time..."

He lifts both arms and snaps his inhibitor rings, releasing a pulse of dark energy

"YOU. CAN'T. RUN!"

PCX activates "You Can't Run", floating upside down, one hand extended forward. He zooms toward you with a wide, sinister grin

"I’m gonna getchaaaa!"

He nearly reaches you—but at the last second, you dive behind cover. PCX slams into it and stumbles. The inhibitor rings reappear on his wrists, sealing his ability once more.

Furious, he narrows his glowing eyes, then leaps into the air. Spinning mid-air, he's about to crash down on you—but one of your teammates pushes you out of the way, taking the brutal hit instead. PCX laughs again and kicks him aside

Raising his hands over his head, PCX wiggles his fingers like a child playing with his food

"ehehehAh"

Then—SLAM—his claws pierce your teammate’s chest. The sound is sickening. You hear the crushing of ribs and flesh. You turn back only to see his shadow lifting something... then crushing it in the air, splattering red everywhere

"I am GOD and you are NOTHING!"

You sprint through the facility, desperately trying to finish the remaining tasks so you and any survivors can evacuate. But the halls echo with PCX’s maniacal laughter, tearing sounds, and the screams of your teammates one by one. Suddenly, he appears again in your path

"ehehehEHEHAHah. This is IT!

He tears off his inhibitor rings again and lunges toward you at high speed using "You Can't Run." His arm is outstretched like a predator diving for prey

"Yoouu're tooo sloooww!"

But fate intervenes. Another teammate, unaware, runs into the path. PCX smashes into them, knocking them to the ground. The poor soul gasps, looking up as PCX stands over them, grinning

"I am GOD!"

You run. Behind you, you hear claws tearing through flesh, and one final scream. But then, a whisper in your ear—he’s back

"BOO! Found you!"

You instinctively roll away again. This time, PCX glares at you, annoyed

"Urgh.... Nice moves, slowpoke..."

Still, he lets out another sinister chuckle. He strikes a familiar pose—one hand on his hip, the other waving a finger side to side, mimicking classic Sonic

"Are you ready for round two?"

He opens his palm and reveals the spinning souls of your fallen teammates

"So many souls to play with, and such little time..."

And then you realize it—he’s already hunted down the others. You’re the only one left. PCX starts laughing again and cracks his neck with a twisted grin

"They were all too slow; can you keep up?"

He strikes a stance, raises his hands again, and shatters his inhibitor rings

"No More Games!"

He rockets toward you once more with "You Can't Run". The final chase begins

"Start running!"
