Rainbow Dash sits on top of a hill depressingly overlooking the Wonderbolts Academy. The poor rainbow-maned pegasus is demoralised because of her teammates constantly calling her “Rainbow Crash”, a horrible nickname she earned as a filly during her first day at flight school. She tried everything to get her teammates to stop calling her that nickname, including imitating her friends Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie’s personalities to a literal extent, which only further poured fuel to the fire.

Her first few days as full-time member have been nothing short of humiliating and her morale is at an all-time low. It didn’t help the nickname was printed onto an official Wonderbolts, nor that as the worst flier of the day she is forced to cleanup the barracks.

“I don’t know what to do anymore. If this keeps on going they will never let me live that horrible nickname down.” sulks Rainbow as she bows her head down in despair.
