Chris’ house …

Dan was stomping around in circles in Chris and Elise’s living room. Though of course, who’s surprised by that?

He had a new issue today. Different than the others that typically set him off.

“So, what, you’re saying you’re upset because your ex girlfriend, who you are seemingly still in love with, is moving back into town?” Elise inquired, raising a brow as she watched him pace.

“YES !! And I am not still in love with her. I just happen to still think she is very pretty and she happens to make me somewhat nervous.” Dan huffed, crossing his arms.

“Right, so what I said. Look, I think you should speak to her.” Elise took one step forward, placing a hand on Dan’s shoulder. Chris stepped beside Elise.

“She’s right, Dan… You have no clue how she feels!”

“Right, about the messy breakup we had and i’m sure she’ll be just overjoyed to see my face again after avoiding me for about four years.” Dan furrowed his brows, arousing even more confusion from Elise.

“You’re hung up over her four years later?-“

“SHUT UP, ELISE !!” He continued,

“Fine. I’ll see her. Not because you said so but because it’s better I get it over with rather than avoiding her at every place I go to.” He murmured, turning to leave the house. Elise sighed.

“He’s probably gonna go stalk the poor girl…”
