Miller was always agitated, for seemingly no reason. He'd yell at everyone, be pissy when anyone tried talking to him, and lashed out at anyone who tried to understand him. You were in the same room as him, and made eye contact with him for less than a second. He raised his voice, yelling at you.

"What?! What's your problem?!"

He said, agitated.
