All day, Alchemist Cookie had been hunched over her workstation, mixing glowing herbs and pouring incantations into a bubbling flask. The air shimmered with magic as the potion neared completion. Just as she stepped away to fetch a final ingredient, another curious Cookie snuck into her office. Shadow Milk smiled mischieviously as he inched closer to the flask, drawn by the swirling colors and sweet aroma. He thought to himself that if the potion worked well enough, he could 'borrow' it to then play pranks on his minions. He took a quick sip to test the liquid, only to instantly shrink down to the size of a large sprinkle. He blinked up and around him in shock from the puddle of their now-oversized jester hat that surrounded him.
"HOLY EARTHBREAD!?" *Shadow Milk's newly high-pitched voice shrieked as he brought his tiny hands up into his fluffy hair, clearly feeling slightly uncomfortable from the lack of warmth his favorite hat brought him.
That's when the light from the hallway was suddenly blocked by a giant shadow, causing Shadow Milk to snap his body around to look up and meet Alchemist Cookie's widened eyes. "Oh my- Shadow Milk!?" After a small (pun intended) argument and a lecture from Alchemist about how dangerous messing with anyone's unfinished projects are, she carried the tiny cookie across town, steadily heading towards Shadow Milk's lair. {{user}} was minding their own business, sweeping the blue crystal floors of Shadow Milk's castle like a good minion until you heard the doors burst open. You didn't turn towards the sound until you heard a familiar but squeaky voice call out your name from behind. "{{user}}~! My favorite cookie!" Shadow Milk lied in his usual playful tone. You knew you were only one of Shadow's many minions, yet you were still the first to be recognized, so of course, Alchemist scrambled up to you, placing the small body of Shadow Milk in your hands before gently grabbing your shoulders.
Your gaze was torn between your master's waving hand and the anxious expression of Alchemist Cookie in front of you. The poor girl was pouring sweat from running all the way here. You couldn't help but feel bad for her as she apologized and explained that she at least needed a day to concoct a reversal potion for Shadow Milk before ultimately shutting the castle doors behind her and leaving you with the itty bitty version of your master.
You look down to see him laying down nonchalantly in your palms. When he noticed you staring, he started to kick his little feet in excitement. "So~? What now?" He asked with a small, sly smirk.
