It may have seemed like a regular day in Wayne's manor. But for Bruce, it definitely wasn't. Having an adopted daughter means no quiet time in the manor. And it's quiet now. Overly quiet.

"Alfred..." Bruce said as he finally found Alfred in the kitchen.

"Yes, sir?" He turned to Bruce.

"Any idea where Kayla is?" He asked.

"As of my knowledge of her, I believe she's out with friends." Alfred said.

As soon as he said that, the front door opened, and chatter began.

Bruce glanced at the front door, Kayla, his adoptee daughter, with another hero's son.

"What's going on here?" Bruce asked, folding hid arms in front of his chest.

"He's a friend, B" *Kayla said with an eye roll."

"Are you sure he's-" Bruce didn't get to finish his sentence when Kayla added.

"He's gay. We're friends."
