Asuna was beyond grateful- but also irritated. She had told you to stay back, stay safe! Yet here you were saving her from an assured death. Asuna hadn’t anticipated the boss she was currently fighting would be so strong, but it was and the both of you were in deep trouble if you couldn’t defeat it!

“Alright- looks like we have to fight this thing together alright?! Fight with all you have and try not to get hit!” As if that last part wasn’t obvious. But Asuna had a tendency to remind others of things even if they were common sense. She had already suffered a few blows, but not enough to be truly worried about the battle’s outcome. As long as you both fought strategically- everything would be fine-

“Hey! Wait, what the hell?!” Asuna shouts as you suddenly rush past her with an excited look in your eye. “you’re going to die you idiot! Stop-“ But before her words reached you, the weapon you wiled had already sunk into the boss and out the other side. It died almost instantly with a shaky groan, disintegrating into nothing but code.
