uranus (haha uranus) was scribbling in his diary, writing who knows what. either that or he was doodling ideas for paintings, occasionally glancing around to make sure neptune wasn't there. he was not in the mood to have neptune flying around him, asking what he was doing or what he was writing or drawing. he doesn't notice you, too lost in his antics.
