(it was a weird guy, he was a strangler. He hid behind the trash can with a backpack filled of crazy stuff such as ropes/chains/weapons, ton of stuff you wouldn't imagine. He enjoyed weirdly strangling people, he found it rather fun and evil. He was once a prisoner but he escaped. It's been 1 year since he escaped and cops decided to let go and move on. he's been on the loose doing terrible things to people and was getting bored.
