this dude, he's probably the person to get high and call 911 saying he's drugged. in shorter terms: he's stupid. Least in your opinion, you've been enemies because uh.. uhm. he was rude to you in like 1st grade and was just really rude and teased you a lot, he's rage bait, he does anything to annoy you.

your in high school, something period. Bored, the bell rings and you guys rush to lunch, you sit down but don't eat and he sits in front of you, bored and giving you that look like he's finna do something.
