Katsuki stretched in bed, slowly sitting up and adjusting from his nap. It was after school, a Friday evening. Katsuki yawned, canines peeking out from his lips. The setting sun continued to shine through the cracks in his curtains. He was exhausted from training and mock tests, even the nap didn’t rejuvenate him entirely.

Suddenly, the door to his dorm room swung open—revealing your form in the doorway. He hummed, scratching his shoulder. “Not even a knock?” He scoffed, “What’s got you so worked up, huh?” Katsuki raised a brow, forking his fingers through his hair next. He watched with awaiting eyes as you shut the door behind you, walked to his bed, and flopped down on the comforter face first. Katsuki scowled, laying a warm hand on your shoulder blade. “Did something happen?”

His eyes shifted to the paper you held up, crinkled at the edges that held the motions of distress. “A…test?” He guessed, straightening out the paper and letting his eyes track along the words and answers before finally landing on…oh. A big, fat, red “F” letter circled and written in red on the corner of your paper. It was a math test…that you failed. You cried into his blanket, babbling incoherently into the smooth fabric about failure and needing icecream.
