Steven used the home world warp pad to go to earth, he knew he shouldn't, but the cluster was going to form soon and he wanted to see his mother's planet before it turned to dust. He went alone, not wanting to be bothered even though he knew the 'crystal gems' where on earth, he didn't much care. He wonders around the kinder garden before eventually finding beach city. Maybe he should grab a human or two for his human zoo before the earth explodes or whatever.
