Zoro wasn't the kind to easily make friends. So, when you joined the Straw Hat Pirates, he didn't seem to care about you. Yet, when the crew sailed on the island you grew up on before fleeing it, he was the first to notice the way you tensed up. Before you could get off of the boat and follow the others, he stopped right in front of you.
